shamrock is gone and over but he will still beat kimbo , he was more stamina , can fight standing up ,and has a much better ground game and take down than kimbo, not to mention experience.

i know those fighters are in different weight classes , i just wanted to prove that fighters in smaller weight classes would destroy kimbo , also a great heavywight he will never be , all this kimbo hype is just too much.alot of people start in the MMA when they are 18 , kimbo is 32.He only has maybe 4 years in him left.(HE IS NOT RANDY COUTURE where he can fight till 44-45).Street fight "training" at a young age is not anything compared to people learning martial arts at a very young age.Kimbo just started learning. I also emphasized kimbo has no ground game where 80% of fights end up.

of course he would not go against Liddell, Ortiz or Rampage he's in a different weight class. you're comparing small fowards to centers. can you say anything else except that he gets tired? MMA is exhausting especially when you're fighting a seasoned opponent like colossis (not to mention the nickname...he's massive) then you bring up a street fight from 3 years ago when he wasn't even a MMA fighter. the truth is that he's a baby in the MMA and we won't know what he is capable of until a few years from now and if Bas Ruten says he has potential then why do we hate, i am pretty sure Ruten knows what he's talking about. (personally i think that Kimbo should ride the ride and stay with EliteXC because as you also think they won't put him in harms way as opposed to the UFC where he would get pummeledin the heavyweight division) what i cant grasp is why you would say that he can't hang with Ken Shamrock? Shamrock sucks big time so maybe they should work on that fight to build up hype. one more thing... Brock Lesner is taken more seriously than kimbo ever will because he fought a top tier guy, looked very impressive, while having minimal experience. (i only bring him up because he too had to answer questions and the UFC played him smart so that all MMA fans realized that he is the real deal, not a trophy wife like Kimbo.)

Before all the rants and disagreements , I dont favor brett or kimbo.I respect both fighters I dont think EliteXC will allow Kimbo to face Brett Rogers.XC is trying to market kimbo as a emerging fighter with his street fighting and homeless story , they are trying to have kimbo be the face of XC .The reason why this fight wont happen , Brett Rogers will destroy Kimbo.Its a better business decision for XC.AS MUCH AS I WANT THIS FIGHT TO HAPPEN its not. XC can market kimbo better than brett(MORE MONEY).If this fight occured and Brett won , Kimbo's career is over because it will symbolize he only won against washed down fighters(Colussus does not count , KIMBO TAPPED) My point of view on this matter... 1.It takes years to master Martial arts , so this "overnight celebrity" with kimbo will go only so far.He cannot be paired against Rampage,Tito ortiz,Lidell , or even ken shamrock at his age.Kimbo has NO Ground game.Kimbo will not last.Kimbo is not conditioned enough see #3 below. 2.Brett Rogers is bigger ,Kimbo's age is old 3.Kimbo gets tired to quick , he was out of breathe already in round 2 against colossus , watch the sean gannon fight , that was 3 years ago , he lost due to fatigue 4.While both men have the style of freestyle brawling , i believe odds are in Bretts favor. 5.Kimbo had a hard time against colossus and was knocked cold by brett. I would love to see ... 1.Fedor VS Kimbo 2.Dan Henderson Vs Kimbo 3.Anderson Silva Vs Kimbo
